I’ve been training with Jason Leydon at CrossFit Milford for about 4 years now. I’m so fortunate to be a member at such a great gym! The coaches, athletes, and community are all amazing. In 2009 & 2010, I competed in the CrossFit games with CFM’s affiliate team. I love to CrossFit. Not only because it’s gotten me in the best shape of my life, but also the community it produces is like nothing I’ve even experienced before. I guess it’s the same thing that makes us want to put our bodies through hell everyday also makes us instant friends afterwards.

TheShoeMart has been in business for over 50 years (since 1956) starting with my grandfather. We take a lot of pride in what we do. We sell nearly 100 different brands of shoes for men, women and kids. Some of the key brands relative to CrossFit are Reebok, Jaco, Inov-8, Vibram FiveFingers, New Balance and Skins Compression.
