I'm happy, but they could have saved themselves a cust serv call: I ordered after hours Fri. I get that. But when I called Wed, they were still showing the order as 'processing'. I called to find out how long it would take to ship. They said soon. The slippers arrived the next day, Thurs. The paperwork said they'd been shipped Tues. Good Service, imperfect communication. But this place was $6 cheaper than the last place I bought these slippers (no free return shipping here, but the slippers are good so a return would be unlikely) so I decided to buy here. And consequently I keep close tabs on an online order from a new place.
(Wrote this 2Yrs ago about 1st pair)The slippers themselves are very nice. They are very comfortable. They are leather so they have worn a bit to conform to my feet. They seem very sturdy so I expect them to last for a long time. The slippers are nice and warm. Not hot and suffocating but just nice and cozy. I am older and my feet swell. These slippers are just stretchy enough that they adjust to my feet yet come back to the correct size when my swelling goes down.
Wears this shoe: All day around the house, Outside in winter here in MN. I have washed these in a regular cycle machine with laundry detergent at least 2-3 times and they come out fine.
