I purchased this shoe to replace my Zigs. The first thing you notice is how light the shoe is. The second thing I noticed is it runs a bit small. Overall the shoe is very comfortable and you can really feel what's going on under your feet. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone. At this time, buy half size larger.

I first purchased a pair of the Realflex, overallI I was happy but didn't have a lot of support around the ankles. I then purchased the Transition, the shoe itself is a little heavier, but seems to be a lot more durable and supportive. I work for one of the more popular small package delivery companies and I am on my feet all day. Exrtremely comfortable!

Being a person that has low back pain, I look for a running shoe that can provide some type of shock absorber for my lower back. The Reebok Real Flex Transition offers this type of comfort to me. I wanted a shoe that is very light weight and encourages minimalist/barefoot running style but still offers the support and cushion to my feet and back. I have spent long hours and several days at theme parks and this shoe offers me the comfort level that allows me to keep up with the grueling pace with my family.

The qualities of Reebok Real Flex Transitions that really appeal to me are:

•They look great with the synthetic mesh (I purchased the blue and lime green pair).

•They are very comfortable.

•The sole are very flexible with the multi-directional nodal soles and are highly abrasive.

•Extremely lightweight – especially compared to regular running shoes.

This is my second pair of Reebok Real Transition’s and I plan to purchase another as soon as this pair wears out. As an engineer, I hope your R & D Department continues to look outside of the box for technology that continues to improve the comport level of your shoes.

5 out of 5 stars Answer to my prayers 07/09/2013
Shoe Size: Fits full size larger

As someone who suffers from acute Achilles tendinitis, finding a shoe that works with my orthotics without exacerbating my condition had proven to be next to impossible. The rigid construction of most heel counters eventually causes unbearable pain. I decided to take a chance on the RealFlex Transition 2.0s because from photos at Reebok.com, they appeared to have minimal buildup in the back and great flexibility. My theory was, if the shoe didn't have a support piece in the heel counter, and was flexible enough to move with my foot instead of against it from being too stiff, the friction on my heel would be greatly reduced. And voila, I was right. These shoes were great right out of the box, and even if I'm experiencing pain before putting them on, it disappears when when put them on with my orthotics. They're so amazing, I bought 3 pair because my size was running out and I didn't want to risk not being able to get them. I know they're running shoes, but I use them for refereeing soccer on natural grass and artificial turf, playing tennis and at work. I might even try to play golf in them. I hope Reebok continues to this this type of construction in future models.
