I was a long-time Kenneth Cole mens shoe loyalist but quickly became disgruntled when I began paying top dollar for their shoes but only achieved 6 months of wear before they fell apart. Every Cole Haan shoe I have purchased since converting has made me extremely happy with the look, style, and durability. The Air Santa Barbara loafers are no exception. They took a week to break in and then were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend as a casual loafer. You wont be disappointed.

Over the years I've been impressed with the fit and quality of Cole Hahn dress shoes (including a wonderful pair of dress sandals). I bought the Santa Barbara as a casual shoe for winter. After the first winter each heel needed to be repaired/replaced ($40) not because of wear but because the Air Sole system came apart. I'll be looking for a better shoe for next winter.
