I just recently got a pair of Inov8 F-Lite 195 shoes and they are really great. I've been wearing Inov8s for a couple years now and haven't been able to find another shoe that even comes close in performance and comfort.
I also own the Inov8 F-Lite 230 and love them, but for some reason these Inov8 F-Lite 195 fit better for me. When I first saw them online, I thought they would fit even more narrow than the 230s, but it's not the case! I use my Inov8 F-Lite 195 shoes for all the exercise I do. I CrossFit in them, run 1/2 marathons, sprints, Olympic lifing, etc.

I got these shoes for trail running as an alternative to my Vibrams. have been running in Vibrams for over a year now, but the trails where I live have lots of large gravel on them and I wanted something with good ground feel and flexibility and allow me to run like I do with my Vibrams. The Flite 195's were exactly what I needed! Did a 5K trail race in them and they perfoemed well - good grip but also good ground feel and also a VERY light shoe. Also get lots of compliments on how they look - I have the red ones.

Every other site that I've ordered these shoes from goes by the UK sizing. Not theshoemart!!! Pick the size you normally wear in US SIZING ONLY.
I won't know how these shoes are until after I return them, but I'll post up on how great they probably are soon...I hope...

I really love the F-Lite series from Inov8 shoes. They are the best running shoes I've ever owned in my life. I currently run the in the F-Lite 230 model and once I heard that Inov8 was coming out with an even lighter F-Lite shoe I couldn't believe it!! If you own a pair of F-Lite 230s, you know what I'm talking about. Imagine 35 grams lighter?!
