I was turned onto these shorts by a member at CFM. I have been wearing regular gym shorts and found that every time I went to squat they would get hung up on my legs or they were constricting my movement. I saw someone at the gym wearing these and they had a split on the side which made sense. I know there are other shorts out there with a split but I can saw without a doubt these are the best training shorts. They are extremely light weight and breathe easy. The material stretches when you move not restricting any range of motion. I just hope they make another color!
