Like the traditional Mephisto sandal, its cork footbed is anatomically designed to reflect the working of the foot, protect it and allow it to spread naturally during walking: like walking barefoot in soft sand. The single buckle closure is sturdy, stylish and easy to use. The sandal has a low 3/4-inch heel.

I purchased the Helen sandals on a friends recomendation, they are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever bought. I bought a pair for my daughter, she loves them also. She now is on her 4th pair, and I am on my 2nd in different colors. Definately worth the price.
