I just have to write about my experience when I decided to switch from the built up running shoes to barefoot style like these. I once could only run about 7 miles then I would have such horrible knee pain and shin splints that I was recovering more than running then one day I did some research about this barefoot running shoe and decided to try it. I was very skeptical at first but I have to say that I have owned them for two years and I have only had one minor injury since and now instead of running seven miles I am proud to say that I can run 50 miles in these shoes and not have any injuries, I would highly recommend making the switch to barefoot running it has truly been a different experience for me.

I fell in love with this shoe when I first saw it in the stores!!!, however I wear a size 5.5 and of course my size was not available. I must say that it fits like a glove and contours to the shape of your foot (so comfortable). The big problem is that it scrapes the back of my ankle and I could imagine a whole day in them (painful). I refuse to wear them with socks which is the reason why I went for the barefoot feel in the first place. They are true to size and very spacious in the toe area. Sadly I have to return these for possibly another brand.
