Returns & Exchanges

We encourage you to try your shoes on a carpeted surface in the comfort of your home. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange or return them for a full refund within 365 days. Shoes must be completely unworn and in the condition you received them. In order to exchange or return, simply send us back the shoes at Shoemart, 3 Berkeley Street, Norwalk, CT, 06850 using the shipping method of your choice (e.g. UPS, FedEx, Postal Service). Note that you are responsible for return shipping charges and we recommend you insure your package as you are responsible for replacement if it is stolen or damaged in transit to us. Please include your original receipt (or a copy of it) and a short note explaining that you would like to exchange for whatever item/size you need or return for a full refund. You do not need a return authorization number or any particular form. We will process your request for an exchange or credit your card as necessary within 48 hours after receiving the shoes. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to process your return.

UPS Standard Ground Service is free to theshoemart.com customers in all of the United States. Orders will be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We also offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery. Certain items can take several days to process please call for specific expedited shipping options.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Theshoemart.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. For Shipments in the United States you will be required to pay for shipping through their check out. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the international checkout option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

SHOEMART carries a very large in-stock inventory. However, if we don't have, or cannot get the item you want, we will email or call you with back order date or to ask about preferred substitutes.
