Let nothing stand in the way of elite fitness. This lifting shoe weighs only 13.4 ounces (380gms) and has injected TPU in the heel wedge for the lightest weight stability platform. U-form technology gives you a super custom fit. So whether you are going for your max deadlift or mixing it with some box jumps you'll be ready to go.
U-Form Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit (93 Celsius)
2. Heat shoes for 3 minutes (U-Form tab will turn red)
3. Remove shoes from oven
4. Lace up shoes as you normally would and wear them seated for 8 minutes. (U-Form tab will return to black)
5. Let the shoes stand for about an hour or until completely cooled before wearing them in your next WOD
6. Your shoes are ready to go!

Great shoes and light. I use these for heavy lifting days and heavy met con days. They have not given me any problems at all. Fits great and very light, toe box has ample room for comfort. I highly recommend to those looking for oly/ met con shoes that'll give you a solid platform, yet give you the versatility to perform box jumps, double unders and row. I highly recommend to those who are looking for solid lifting shoes with versatility, but don't want to go invest in an exclusive oly lifting shoe.

I have been doing CrossFit for about 18 months, and I have only had the OLY Lifter for about 6 weeks. They have made a world of difference for my snatch, clean & jerk, back squat and front squat. My feet feel firmly planted on the ground and extremely stable when lifting. Yet the shoe also feels nimble and light enough to do box jumps and double unders. They are fantastic!

I am very satisfied with my OLY's. I've had them for a few months now. Tell ya what.....I've never felt so stable lifting. I always wear anywhere from a 9.5 to 10. I heard they ran small so I went with a 9.5. My foot is on the wider side & these are a great fit. They aren't too tight or wide. As for comfort, I wish all my shoes were this comfortable. I love box jumps & dubs in these. They absorb serious impact Like I said, I've only had them for a few months now & they are still in great condition. I haven't rope climbed in these & for the sake of keeping them in good shape, don't think I will. Overall I give them 5 star. I recommend them to all my crossfit buddies who don't have lifting shoes.

Awesome Crossfit lifting shoe. Let's you box jump, double under, or even run with ease while having lifts in the WOD. Have added 10 pounds to my squat total. Highly recommend. Fit to size. Great Olympic shoe.

Great shoe a little to big I will recommend to get
Half size smaller and to the rebook guys the colors
Are boring if you can make them look better
Will be awesome .
