Reebok Women's CrossFit Nano U-Form

U-Form Instructions
1. Place hairdryer inside shoe and blow hot air for 4 minutes. (DO NOT USE OVEN!) U-Form tab will turn red
2. Remove hairdryer from shoes
3. Lace up shoes as you normally would and wear them seated for 8 minutes (U-Form tab will return to black)
4. Let them stand for about an hour or until completely cooled before wearing them in your next WOD

These shoes are definitely stiffer than I thought, but overall I really like them. It has been a little tough to do burpees with the stiffness in the toe box. Other than that, they are comfortable and light.

When I started CrossFit 8 months ago I was wearing Pumas and they just didn't do it. I was a little worried about ordering online without trying them on. I usually wear an 8 so that's what I got. They are amazing. I love them. They fit perfectly. They are wide enough to feel stable while lifting but light enough to run. I really love the yellow but after wearing them they are scuffed up from the mats and ropes. Next time ill order a darker color to hide the dirt. Written by a customer while visiting Reebok.com

This is a great shoe for my wod's. The wide toe box is a great fit for my wide feet. This shoe is good for short runs but not for when you go more than a mile. I get a lot of compliments on my Reebok Nano's. Overall I feel that this was a purchase that I am very happy with. I am definitely buying the 2.0 next!! I have moved up from Chuck Taylor All Stars to Inov-8 230s for Crossfit and now have a pair of the Nanos. I love the fact that these shoes are able to be custom fit to my feet. I love the roomy toebox as the Inov8s are made for folks who have a little narrower foot. My feet feel stable and I am able to stretch my toes out and use them for better traction as needed. I've had these shoes just a few weeks and I love them! I loved the look of these shoes when I first came upon them and was so happy to see all the positive feedback from other customers.
