I received my OLY's yesterday, just in time for my WOD of the day. I noticed a big difference in stability compared to my previous shoes. They even give more stability with burpees and are flexible enough to do a bit of running, although I would recommend longer runs. All in all I am sure they will increase my overall performance and they are extremely comfortable too.

I recommend these for any type of crossfitter. They are great for heavy strength lifting I feel balanced and stay locked on my heels, they are great during WODs especially during movements like wallballs! They are nice and light so I wear them during box jumps and toes to bar. The only time I wont wear them is for running! Best buy ever!
The bottom sole of my olys are starting to split though, so be careful with how you throw them around in your bag.

I really love these for working out in. They have helped me so much with my Oly lifting as well as all my deadlifts and squats; I can't go into the gym and lift without them. Just be warned, the grey part on the toe of the shoe wears down easy, so be careful, plus they are pretty heavy, so running in them is a bad idea.

This shoe immediately improved my squat form and I felt grounded on OLY lifting. I bought this to use primarliy for lifting but with the ability to transition to box jumps or running. If I have a run, I try to avoid this shoe though, the super hard heel is not ideal for running and for the price, I am afraid of damaging it on a road sprint. I also would not wear this for a long workout, after about 30 minutes my arches ache, despite adjusting the lacing/velcro. Still, happy to have my first lifting shoe I can wear at the gym.
