If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund. Just head over to our "Orders and Returns" page to begin the returns process.
With TheShoeMart's 90 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it in.
Returns With TheShoeMart.com - It's Easy
- You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is $7.99 and will be subtracted from your refund.
- In order to return, please call us at 800.850.7463 or visit the "Orders and Returns" page on our website to submit an RMA request.
- Then, please allow 24-48 hours for our customer service team to approve and issue a shipping label to your e-mail.
- Then just drop it off at a local FedEx location near you.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Once your return is received and inspected,your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Returns are not accepted on international orders.
