What up to all my crossfitter's out there! I wanted to let everyone how much these calf tights helped me out over the weekend at the beast of the east competition. I was not sure what to expect from this Compression Calf Tight since i have never worn them before. I know mark at the shoemart very well and he convinced me these would help with my calf cramps from box jumps and longer runs. One of the Wods at the event sure enough had box jumps and for the first time I did not cramp in my calf from them. They were also useful in protecting my shins with the deadlifts and cleans. I usually scrap my shins a ton when doing those lifts, not any more!
