Measured foot, looked at sizing chart, perfect fit. They are the bomb. Great for any activity. If you like to go barefoot, then get the VFF.

I'd like you to know how awesome these shoes have been for me. When I started using them in December 2010. I had never run more than 3 miles. I ran 13 miles effortlessly on last Sunday morning. I also used to have hip and knee issues which are completely gone!!! I have been telling everyone I know how awesome they are, and have converted a few at this point.
Spread the word!!! They are the best. Our feet were built right in the first place. We don't benefit from the so-called enhancements most running shoes offer.

I've been running exclusively in VFFs for about a year now and own almost every style of VFF. These are by far my favorite running shoes for warm weather non-trail runs. (I like my treks for trails best.) Because they, like the classics, are closest to barefoot, I think my form stays truer in those models. Yet I feel more secure than I would barefoot. (The bikilas had too much going on for me. YMMV.)

This is a real smart product. Cool looking too. I wore this for the first time when I vacationed in St. Marteen in August. It was great on the rocky areas in the surf, which always was a concern. Getting cuts and an infection really can put a damper on a vacation. Not only did it protect my feet against abrasions, it really gripped. The Sprint model was my first pair. My next one will be the Flow model for the colder months.

Bought these shoes in your store in August because I heard they would help with posture and pose 4 running. I am a crossfitter from crossfitmilford and these shoes have been great for many of my workouts. I would recommend that people break these shoes in first. I went off the recommendations of the sizing and purchased a size 44 because my foot measured 11" on a ruler. I made the mistake of not wearing these shoes lightly for a couple of days and went right in. WOW! Did my legs hurt the next day and my calves were on fire. After wearing them now for a couple of months I can now do all my workouts in them and would recommend these to all my fellow crossfitters out there. Thank you!
