Vibram Five Fingers Performa

The FiveFingers Performa was designed to enhance that barefoot feeling. The kangaroo leather upper is soft against the bare foot, yet strong and tear resistant, with outstanding breathability. The 7-part Vibram rubber sole offers maximum feel and flexibility without sacrificing slip resistance. The Performa was designed primarily for indoor use during fitness training, and for after sport. The sole is not designed for extended use during outdoor activities like trekking, running, or water sports.

I own a pair of Vibram Classics (love them) but liked the idea of a leather option. The Performas are absolutely amazing. The look and feel is so much more refined than any other Vibram style. I tell everyone it's like a driving glove for your foot. I look forward to my workouts so I can wear them and I'll always have a pair of these in my closet!

I have worn this shoe for a year, almost daily. It is soft and comfortable with the additional advantage of encouraging my foot to regain that barefoot balance. I have neuropathy in my feet all shoes hurt. Socks even hurt. This shoe shoe is the most comfortable I've worn in years.
