Shipping & Delivery

Protecting your information is our highest priority when it comes to online security. We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties, and we have developed serveral safeguards to keep your information confidential. We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Viewing Orders

As a Member: Head over to "My Account". If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so. Click on "My Orders" in the Account Dashboard.

As a Guest: Visit our Orders and Returns page. Enter your Order ID, the Last Name used for billing, and either your e-mail address or billing zip code.

Updating Account Information

Head over to "My Account". If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to either log in or create a new account. From the Account Dashbaord, select "Account Information", where you can update your name, e-mail address, and change your password.
From My Account, you can also access:

Address Book: Update contact information and save addresses for quick use when ordering. *Please note that if you were in our old system, in order to use a different address for shipping than your billing address, you must first add the new address to your address book.
My Orders: View your order history.
My Product Reviews: Reviews are very helpful! Tell us what you think here.
My Wishlist: Manage your wishlist items here.
Newsletter Subscriptions: Subscribe and unsubscribe from our newsletters.
Gift Card: Apply a Gift Card to your account as store credit.
Store Credit: Check your store credit balance.
My Invitations: Invite your friends to create their own account!
My Returns : Request a new return or view your returns here.
