The Alegria TRAQ Qool is a sport comfort shoe that features TRAQ by Alegria Q-Chip technology. A soft sock-like construction made of a lightweight stretch-knit upper offers breathable comfort while the interior padded heel counter secures the back heel. Slide in Qool with a pull of the tab and tighten for a glove-like fit with the added laces. All set on our exclusive Q-Flow Outsole which ensures flexible movement with added breathability.

Any shoes with creases in the leather or markings on the soles are not eligible for return and will be sent back to the buyer. Please walk gently when trying and keep on the carpet. See the video below for try-on instructions.

  • Return Cost: If you purchase Checkout+ at checkout, return/exchange shipping is covered! Otherwise, it costs $20.

    • Package Protection (lost, stolen, or damaged in transit)

    Defective Worn Footwear Policy (Alden Only)

    If you believe your worn Alden shoes have manufacturing defects—such as loose stitching, leather flaws, or sole/heel issues—they must be returned to Alden for professional evaluation. Click the "Start a Return" button above and select "File a warranty claim".

    Following inspection, shoes confirmed as defective will be repaired at no charge or replaced if necessary.

    Important Requirements:

    • Only shoes purchased from our store are eligible for defect inspection
    • Footwear bought from other retailers cannot be processed for return or exchange
    • Normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy
