Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements are easy at TheShoeMart.com! Begin the returns process on the Returns page. If you are looking to exchange an item, please return the original item and then place a new order. We do offer free Size Exchanges when the replacement requested is the same item, in the same color, in a new, available size.

Updating Account Information
Sign in to your account. From there, you can access your Orders, Returns, Messages, Addresses, Wish List, and Account Settings. In account settings, you can update your account information and and set a new account password.
