What are Glerups?

Glerups are comfortable, Scandanavian-designed, felt slippers made using 100% pure, natural wool. A blend of Merino and Gotland wool, Glerups are soft enough to be worn barefoot. The wool can capture up to 35% moisture naturally, making this slipper perfect for year-round wear. The breathable, moisture-wicking materialkeeps your feet cool and comfortable in summer and warm in cold winters.

A double layer of felt creates a midsole that conforms to the shape of your foot for a "better than barefoot" feel. Indoor models come with vegetable tanned calfskin soles and outdoor models come with a natural rubber sole.

Caring For Your Glerups Slippers

Glerups slippers may shed due to the natural treatment of the wool. It is completely normal for the coarsest wool fibers to work themselves out of the felt over the first few days of wear, leaving the slippers as soft as possible. Just pluck the loose fibers out of the felt and your slippers will continue to mold to the unique shape of your foot.

Vacuum and wipe your shoes clean often, especially before washing them. Glerrups shoes can be washed at "wool program" (under 86 degrees Fahrenheit). After spin-dry, place your feet into the shoes to pad them into shape and then leave them to dry.
