Yes! The item must be unworn. We will gladly provide you a free exchange for a replacement item and cover the shipping both ways. Requests for a ‘refund’, not a replacement, will be required to pay return shipping since your return reason is something other than the defect reported.

Can I change to a refund after selecting store credit?

Yes, but since you received a free return label when selecting 'store credit' there is a $15 fee to cover the return shipping costs. This can only be done before the store credit has been used on another order.

What payment method will be refunded for my return?

Whatever payment method that was used to place the order will be refunded. This includes store credit.

How much will my return cost if I don't want store credit?

The shipping cost will be calculated when you request your return. Our discounted rates are used to ensure you pay a fair price.

What if I want an exchange?

No problem! Select ‘store credit’ when requesting your return. Once your return has been processed, use your store credit on a new purchase.

If I paid for shipping will that also be refunded?
