Our collapsible Drop-In Heel® allows this sneaker to double as a slide. All of our leathers are certified Gold by the Leather Working Group (LWG). Made with an eco-friendly lining and footbed cover.

    Defective Worn Footwear Policy (Alden Only)

    If you believe your worn Alden shoes have manufacturing defects—such as loose stitching, leather flaws, or sole/heel issues—they must be returned to Alden for professional evaluation. Click the "Start a Return" button above and select "File a warranty claim".

    Following inspection, shoes confirmed as defective will be repaired at no charge or replaced if necessary.

    Important Requirements:

    • Only shoes purchased from our store are eligible for defect inspection
    • Footwear bought from other retailers cannot be processed for return or exchange
    • Normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy
