Pantherella No Show socks are designed to be worn perfectly underneath shoes and trainers. Pantherella's signature attention to detail ensures these fine Egyptian Cotton socks will be your go-to descreet socks.
All Pantherella socks have a care label on their packaging please follow these instructions very carefully. Wash socks inside out at as low a temperature as possible. Do not tumble dry and use a material-appropriate and color-safe detergent. Where a hand wash is indicated please make this at a cool hand temperature. Rinse them in clear water and finally treat them with a little of your favourite fabric softener to recondition the yarns – re-lubricating and adding softness to allow a little more stretch or comfort.

  • How long does a return take?
    • Returns are usually refunded in 3-4 days upon delivery to our warehouse.
  • How can I get a free return?
    • Select ‘store credit’ when you request your return and return shipping is free!
  • My item has a defect. Can I get a free return label?
    • Yes! The item must be unworn. We will gladly provide you a free exchange for a replacement item and cover the shipping both ways. Requests for a ‘refund’, not a replacement, will be required to pay return shipping since your return reason is something other than the defect reported.
  • Can I change to a refund after selecting store credit?
    • Yes, but since you received a free return label when selecting 'store credit' there is a $15 fee to cover the return shipping costs.  This can only be done before the store credit has been used on another order.
  • What payment method will be refunded for my return?
    • Whatever payment method that was used to place the order will be refunded. This includes store credit.
  • How much will my return cost if I don't want store credit?
    • The shipping cost will be calculated when you request your return.  Our discounted rates are used to ensure you pay a fair price.
  • What if I want an exchange?
    • No problem! Select ‘store credit’ when requesting your return.  Once your return has been processed, use your store credit on a new purchase.
  • If I paid for shipping will that also be refunded?
    • No, unfortunately any outbound shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • What if I don't have a printer?
    • Select UPS Store QR Code and drop your return off at a UPS Store (no label required). *Additional charge required
